Paul Rousou is a hands-on CTO and Technology Strategist with 25 years of experience helping businesses build and scale software. Starting his career at IBM, Paul went on to found ModeZero, a consultancy he led for nearly two decades.

Paul's path to Clean Slate is shaped by his own experience. Having founded a boutique wine company, which he later closed, he found himself drawn to the other side of that equation: supporting people to change their relationship with alcohol.

At Clean Slate, Paul brings a "business-first" approach to technology, specialising in turning technical vision into patient-facing tools and making detox services accessible to everyone.
